About Me

Starting a Business on a Budget

From the time I was a young boy, I always knew I wanted to be my own business owner. Later in life, I ended up working in an office and barely making ends meet. I kept telling myself that I couldn't start my own business until I saved up a certain amount of money or finally cleaned up my credit and got approved for a loan. Eventually, I realized that if I wanted to start a business, I just could not wait any longer and had to do it on a tight budget. I made things work, and I am now a successful business owner. I learned a lot while building my business and still learn every day, so I decided to start a blog to help other new business owners. I plan to post many tips, so come back often for new tips.

Why Do Registered Dietitians Recommend Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is one of the most popular vitamins, often because it is contained in many of the most popular foods. Registered dietitians often recommend that their clients eat many foods that contain vitamin C, rather than getting vitamin C from a supplement, so that clients get a variety of minerals.

Do you want to learn more about vitamin C? These are the benefits of vitamin C that prompts so many professionals to recommend eating your fill.

Vitamin C Boosts Immunity

If vitamin C is known for anything, it's known for boosting your immunity. You may get sick less often when you are getting all the vitamin C you need. It is great for your immune system and can help your body function normally when the germs attack. This could also lower your risk of infection.

Vitamin C May Reduce Signs of Aging

Many people see a change in appearance when they are getting enough vitamin C. Vitamin C is associated with getting rid of free radicals in the body that contribute to increased aging. This means you might notice fewer wrinkles if you increase your vitamin C intake.

Vitamin C May Reduce Your Risk of Stroke

Some researchers believe that vitamin C intake could prevent stroke. This is because vitamin C can help lower blood pressure and help maintain the health of your circulatory system.

Vitamin C May Improve Your Bone Strength

Vitamin C is also great for your skeletal system. Those who are predisposed to conditions like osteoporosis, often women, will benefit from vitamin C. The role of vitamin C in collagen production also comes into play here. The vitamin can increase the density of bones in healthy doses, making you less likely to break bones.

Vitamin C Is Found in Many Foods

One of the best things about vitamin C is that it is found in many different foods you eat daily. If you prefer vegetables, you will find vitamin C in a variety of peppers (including bell peppers) and spinach. It is also found in many fruits, including citrus fruits.
